#multigrainbarfi is a nutritional ladoo made with a combination of unexpectional and healthy ingredients like Wheat, besan, amaranth, ragi, jowar and bajra sweeteened with jaggery, this ladoo tastes amazingly good in taste and flavors.Ingredients QuantityGhee 4 tbsp + for greasing Cashewnuts chopped 1 tbsp + for garnishAlmond chopped 1 tbsp + for garnishPistachio chopped 1 tsp + for garnishRagi Flour cupBesan cup Jowar Flour cupBajra flour cup Rajgira Flour cupWheat Flour cup Nutmeg Powder a pinchGreen Cardamom powder 1 tspBlack pepper crush tsp Ginger powder tspJaggery 1 cupKhoya 1 cupWater (warm) 2-3 tbsp Dried Rose Petals cup for garnish. Method:- 1. Heat ghee in a pan, ragi, besan, jowar, bajra, rajgira and wheat flour, mix well and saut for 10-12 min. on low flame.2. Now add jaggery and mix it well.3. Then add Khoya and warm water mix it well. 4. Further add half of the chopped nuts, black pepper crushed, nutmeg, cardamom and ginger powder mix it well. 4. Grease the mould/tray with ghee and add dried rose petals and chopped nuts. 5. Transfer the prepared mixture on the greased mould/tray, pat to level and keep it aside for 2-3 hour.6. When cool and set, unmould and cut into desired sized pieces, garnish with dried rose petals, nuts and serve.
