MULTIGRAIN COOKIESIngredients2½ cups finger millet (ragi)flour1¼ cups crushed whole oats1¼ cups refined flour5 tbsps pumpkin seeds5 tbsps sunflower seeds5 tbsps melon seeds1¼ cups brown sugar½ cup castor sugar1½ tsps baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon powder ½ tsp nutmeg powder1 tbsp chopped raisinsCookies¼ cup butterMethod1. In a large bowl, sieve finger millet flour, refined flour and baking powder. Add brown sugar, castor sugar, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and raisins and oats and mix well. Store in an air tight container for up to 21 days. 2. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.3. Take 1 cup of the premix and add butter and mix well. Add water to form a dough. Take a portion of the mixture and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment sheet.
