Add makhane and saut it. Keep aside in a bowl.Add khismish, ghee and saut a bit. Add walnuts, kaju, pistachio and saut all nuts properly. Transfer the sauted nuts into a bowl and keep aside. For Atta bhunaiHeat ghee in same kadai on medium flame. Add jowar flour bajra flour, ragi flour, wheat flour and saut it.Add more ghee if required and saut till flour get grainy.Add jaggery and saut till it melts.Add the flour mixture to the bowl of roasted nuts and mix well.Add cardamom powder, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder. Grind the makhana and add it to the mixture.Add saffron and mix thoroughly.Take small portions of the mixture and start shaping each into a ball/laddu. Arrange the laddoos on a serving plate and serve.
