Once ghee combined into mixture completely, the mixture will start holding together.Add water and mix to make dough.Take some dough and make a small and thin round shape of roti. Take a small size cutter and cut out mathri.Heat oil on medium flame and fry it. When the mathri is floating in the oil, then the mathri is ready, take it out on tissue paper.Sprinkle red Chilli powder and chaat masala on mathris and mix well.
