Salt to tasteTurmeric Powder ½ tspRed Chilli Powder 1 tspChaat Masala ½ tspBread Slices 2Butter 2 tbspGreen Chutney 1 tbspTomato Ketchup 1 tbspSev for garnishMethod:-1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, mix well and sauté till its splutter.2. Add ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.3. Add chopped onion, mix well and sauté for 1 min.4. Add chopped tomato and mix well.5. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.6. Add boiled potato and mix well, remove in a plate and keep it aside. 7. Take read slices, spread butter and green chutney, add potato mixture press it little, cover it with other bread slice and toast it on tawa or a toaster till it is brown well from both the sides. 8.
