Once the butter and oil is hot add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.- Then add onions & tomatoes. Mix everything well till the tomatoes become soft.- Add capsicum and salt. Let everything cook well.- Then add turmeric powder, mix masala, pav bhaji masala, raw mango powder & orange red colour. Mix all the ingredients well.- Add boiled cauliflower and green peas.- With the help of a masher, mash the cauliflower and green peas.- Then add boiled potatoes and mash them into the bhaji.- Add some water and mix well.- Add some butter and let the bhaji simmer for 10 to 15 mins.- Mumbai style Pav Bhaji is ready.
