Twitter: https://twitter.com/ranveerbrarKANDA POHA RECIPEPreparation time: 10 MinutesCooking time: 10 MinutesServes: 2Ingredients:2 tbsp Oil1 tsp Mustard Seeds 3 Green Chillies, chopped1 sprig Curry Leaves¼ cup Peanuts 1 Medium Size Potato, small cubes2 Onion, choppedSalt to Taste 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 200 gms Pressed Rice (Poha), thick variety ½ Lime Juice1 tsp SugarFresh Coriander LeavesProcess:1. Wash the poha in a colander. Poha should be moist but not mashed. Add salt and sugar and mix lightly.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter add green chillies, curry leaves and peanuts.3. Sauté for half a minute and add onions and potato, continue to sauté.4. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix. Sauté for two minutes and add poha.5. Mix and cook till poha is heated through. Add lemon juice and mix lightly.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
