In a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, white pepper, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, food color. 2. Pour this marinade over the chicken, spread evenly and marinate for 4 hours.3. Shallow fry from each side for 5 minutes over medium heat.
