Ingredients -
Button Mushrooms - 250g
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 stick small
Cloves - 4-5
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Cashew nuts 2-3 tbsp
Onion - 2 Finely Chopped
Salt - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - ½ tsp (totally optional)
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - ¾ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - ¾ tsp
Garam Masala - 3/4 tsp
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Haldi - ¼ tsp
Besan - 1 tbsp
Matar - 2-3 tbsp frozen, or fresh with 1 tsp water
Dahi - ½ cup
Fresh Coriander - 2 tbsp
Tomatoes - 2-3 large chopped
Capsicum - ½ small cut long
Green Chilli - 2 slit
Coriander Chopped to garnish
