It's so creamy and packed with loads of flavour!MUSHROOM POT RICE Ingredients8-10 button mushrooms, halved¼ cup shitake mushrooms, halved ¼ cup mushrooms 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon garlic1 spring onion bulb, roughly chopped1 inch ginger cut in strips + to sprinkle1 tablespoon oyster sauce½ tablespoon soya sauceSalt to taste 1 teaspoon white pepper powder1 tablespoon corn starch slurry1 stalk spring onion greens, chopped + for garnish1 tablespoon vinegar Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, spring onion, and ginger. Sauté till fragrant. 2. Add in all the mushrooms and stir well. 3. Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, stir well and add some water. Stir and mix well. 4. Add salt and pepper powder, stir and mix well. 5. Add some more water and mix. Add cornstarch slurry and mix well, add water and stir.6. Add spring onions, mix well.
