Must-Try's in Seoul: Bo-ssam! (Korean Pork Wraps)

Our Matjib Guide: https://futuredish.com/product/must-eats-and-matjibs-of-seoul-2018/

Hi Neighbors! Today, we take a matjib tour for Bossam. Bossam is juicy pork wraps. The pork is boiled, defatted and then thinly sliced. It's normally eaten with a piece of lettuce or other greens. One of my favorites. I want to show you the best place in Seoul to go for it.
Its called Bareun Sik Sigol Napa Wraps (near Sadang Station).

Afterwards, we go to one of my favorite drinking spots (sooljibs) for some gourmet anju. This place is called Kodachaya. It's a open-market themed Izakaya. They have 5-6 stations, each with different types of Korean anju. Best of all, it's self-service so no need to wait on a server. Good ambiance, great place for a beer and drinks. If you're in Seoul, take a visit!
