300g 芥菜 300g Mustard green
一片薑(拍鬆) 1 ginger slice (gently crushed)
5g 杞子 5g Goji berry
兩隻鹹雞蛋 2 salted duck/chicken eggs
800毫升水 800ml water

調味料: Seasoning:
少許糖+鹽 Pinch of sugar, salt
少許油 Small amount of cooking oil
