MYSORE PAKIngredientsPro V Omega Boost Trail Mix to sprinkle cup gram flour (besan) 1/3 + cup ghee cup sugar Slice of lemon Method 1. Take a greased loaf tin which is lined with butter paper.2. Sift gram flour in a bowl. Add 1/3 cup ghee and mix well.3. Heat a nonstick pan. Add remaining ghee and allow to melt over low heat.4. Heat another nonstick pan. Add sugar and cup water, squeeze lemon and cook till sugar reaches 1 string consistency.5. Lower the heat, add the gram flour mixture and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a gentle boil, start adding hot ghee little by little.6. Cook low medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or till all the ghee is absorbed.7. Transfer the mixture in greased loaf tin and allow to cool completely. Set aside for 2-3 hours.8.
