Baked Multigrain and Flaxseed Namak Parey Ingredients : - Refined Flour - 2 cupsNachni Atta - 2 cupsBajra - 1 cupSoya flour - 1 cupGhee - 3 tbspAjwain - 1tspSalt to tasteCrushed black pepper to tasteFlax seeds - 2tbspWhite sesame seeds - 2 tspMethod:-• Dry roast the flax seeds and white sesame seeds and grinds it into a powder.• In a bowl add in mixture of white sesame seeds, and flax seeds powder, refined flour, nachni flour, bajra flour, soya flour, ghee, ajwain, , salt and pepper and mix well.• Make a dough using water.• Now preheat the oven at 220 degree C.• Apple little oil on the chopping board. Take a portion from the dough and make a thick chapatti.• Grease the baking tray with little oil. Cut the dough into a desire shape and place them on the baking tray. Similar way make the rest.• Now bake for 15 minutes at 220 degree C.
