Baked Multigrain and Flaxseed Namak Parey

Ingredients : -
Refined Flour - 2 cups
Nachni Atta - 2 cups
Bajra - 1 cup
Soya flour - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Ajwain - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
Flax seeds - 2tbsp
White sesame seeds - 2 tsp

Method:-
• Dry roast the flax seeds and white sesame seeds and grinds it into a powder.
• In a bowl add in mixture of white sesame seeds, and flax seeds powder, refined flour, nachni flour, bajra flour, soya flour, ghee, ajwain, , salt and pepper and mix well.
• Make a dough using water.
• Now preheat the oven at 220 degree C.
• Apple little oil on the chopping board. Take a portion from the dough and make a thick chapatti.
• Grease the baking tray with little oil. Cut the dough into a desire shape and place them on the baking tray. Similar way make the rest.
• Now bake for 15 minutes at 220 degree C. Remove and cool it at room temperature.
• Once cool store it in an air tight container and serve as desired.
