INGREDIENTS

NOTE: 1 cup =250ml

SPLIT BATTER INTO 2-3 equal PANS For even baking.

If cake batter is splitted baking Time CHANGes

ALL ingredients at room temperature

Duplicate or Triple Recipe for more CAKES




2+1/2 Cup All purpose/Cake flour(375g)
6 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
2 tbs Vanilla Aroma or EXTRACT 1 tsp
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 Cup buttermilk
200g Soft butter
1/2 tsp Cinnamon / NUTMeg
1 Cup Sugar

BAKING TIME:- 50mins to 1 hr plus depends.
Use skewer to CHeck if its ready.
