Ingredients

For Rosemary tea

Rosemary leaf
Water
Honey

For Chamomile Tea

Chamomile tea leaves
Water
Honey

For Coconut Ginger Turmeric Tea

2 cups Coconut Milk
1 tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
Pinch Of Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Fresh Peeled Ginger
1 tsp Honey

Methods

Rosemary tea

1) Add water in a pan and boil it now add the rosemary leaf keep it for some time.
2) Now pour it in the cup and add honey and serve hot.

Chamomile Tea

1) In pan heat water, remove from heat.
2) Put the leaves in an infuser and let it infuse.
3) Pour it in the cup add honey and serve hot.

Coconut Ginger Turmeric Tea

1) Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
2) Pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.
3) Drink immediately.
