Burger buns replaced by deep fried noodle cakes to make this unique recipe of burgeNOODLE BURGER BUNIngredients 2 cups boiled noodles250 grams chicken mince 3 tablespoons cornflour + for dusting 2 tablespoons chopped spring onion greens1 egg ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 teaspoon cumin (jeera) powder Salt to taste Oil for shallow-frying ¼ cup shredded purple cabbage ¼ cup shredded green cabbage 2 tablespoons Sriracha mayonnaiseMethod1. Put chicken mince in a bowl. Add cornflour, spring onions, egg, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes.2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into medium size patties. 3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the patties on it and shallow-fry till golden brown from both the sides and fully cooked. Drain on absorbent paper. 4. Dust the noodles with some cornflour. 5. Heat some oil in another non-stick pan. Place a ring mould in it and fill it with some noodles to make a ½ inch thick bun. Remove the mould after 5 minutes and let the noodles cook till crisp.6. Top half the noodle buns with some purple and green cabbage. Drizzle some mayonnaise and place a patty on it. Repeat the process and cover with the remaining noodle buns. 7.
