Noodle Wrapped Crispy Chicken | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Marinated chicken pieces wrapped with boiled noodles and deep fried to make this crispy starter.

NOODLE WRAPPED CRISPY CHICKEN

Ingredients
2 cups noodles, boiled
200 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
Oil for greasing
1 egg
¼ cup cornflour
2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180̊ C. Grease a baking tray with some oil.
2. Put chicken strips in a bowl. Add egg, cornflour, Schezwan sauce, garam masala powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
3. Wrap the marinated chicken strips with a portion of noodles.
4. Place the noodle coated chicken strips on the greased tray, put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
5. Serve hot with Schezwan sauce or tomato ketchup.
