A delicious burger recipe with many twists and turns!NOODLES BURGERIngredients140 grams instant noodles3 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed4 burger buns, halved and toasted1½ tsps red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leavesDried bread crumbs as requiredOil for shallow frying1 small carrot, cut into small cubes¼ cup frozen green peasA pinch of dried red chilli flakesLettuce leaves as requiredCheese slices as requiredTomato slices as requiredMethod1. In a bowl, add potatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and chopped coriander, mix well. 2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties, coat it with bread crumbs and set aside.3. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, shallow fry the prepared patties till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper and set aside.4. Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan, add taste-maker, mix well and let it come to a boil. 5. Lightly crush the noodles and add to the pan, mix well. Let it cook 1 minute. 6. Add carrots and green peas, mix well. Add salt, dried red chilli flakes and cook till the noodles are cooked completely. Take it off the heat.7. Place lettuce leaves on the base of the burger bun, place a portion of the prepared noodles, place the patty and a portion of the noodles, place a cheese slice, and a few slices of tomatoes, and cover with the top of the burger bun.8.
