2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp icing sugar
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp ginger powder
some cayenne pepper to taste (depending on how spicy you want it)

tempura crisp:
