CHEESY GARLIC PANEER WRAP

Ingredients

6 tbsps Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo + to spread
400 grams cottage cheese (paneer)
4 rotis
1 medium onion
2 tbsps oil
medium capsicum
Salt to taste
tsp turmeric powder
tsp red chilli powder
tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Assorted lettuce leaves as required

Method

1. Slice onion. Heat oil in a shallow nonstick pan. Add onion and saut till translucent.
2. Slice capsicum thinly and add to the pan. Saut for a minute.
3. Cut cottage cheese into small pieces and add to the pan.
4. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, tomato ketchup and mix well.
5. Add Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo and mix well.
6. Take a roti and spread Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo evenly. Arrange lettuce leave and place portion if prepared cottage cheese mixture on top.
7. Roll tightly and serve.
