Ingredients for Soya Vadi Idli
Soya Vado -सोया वडी - 1/2 cup
Semolina - मोटी सूजी - 1 cup (180 grams)
Curd - दही- 1 cup
Peas - मटर - 1/4 cup
Green Coriander -हरा धनिया - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli (finely chopped) - हरी मिर्च - 2
Ginger (grated) - अदरक - 1/2 inch
Oil - तेल - 1 to 2 tbsp
Carrot - गाजर - 1/4 cup
Coconut (grated) - नारियल - 1 to 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - करी पत्ता - 10 to 12
Mustard seeds - काली सरसों - 1/2 tsp
Eno Fruit Salt - ईनो फ्रूट साल्ट - 1 tsp
Salt - नमक - 1 tsp
