Go ahead and try out this recipe.NUTRIWALE CHAWAL Ingredients 1 cup basmati rice, soaked 1 cup soya granules1 cup milk3-4 tablespoons ghee 1 inch cinnamon 5-6 green cardamoms 3-4 cloves ½ teaspoon cumin seeds 3 medium onions, chopped 1 tablespoon ginger paste 1 tablespoon garlic paste 2-3 green chillies, chopped ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 tablespoon coriander powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder 2 medium tomatoes, chopped Salt to taste 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander + for garnish ½ teaspoon garam masala powder Method 1. Soak the soya granules in milk and set aside for 15-20 minutes.2. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan and add cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves and cumin seeds, sauté till colour changes.3. Add onions and sauté till golden brown. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, mix well and sauté. Add tomatoes, sauté and add salt, mix well. 5. Add soaked soya granules and mix well. Cover and cook till dry. 6. Add soaked rice with 1½ cups water and mix well. Add fresh coriander and garam masala powder, mix well. 7. Cover and cook on low heat till rice is done. Stir once or twice while rice is cooking.8.
