Ingredients:
1 Cup Quaker Oats
1 Cup Blanched Peas And Carrots
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Low Fat Cheese
2 Cups Spinach Leaves
1/4th Tsp Freshly Grated Nutmeg
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
Salt To Taste
1 Medium Chopped Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 Cup Milk
