#OatsChivda or Spicy Oats Trail Mix is an Indian inspired tongue tickling munching snack made using roasted oats, healthy nuts and a few spices.Ingredients QuantityOil 1 tbspAsafoetida a pinch Cumin Seeds 1 tspCurry Leaves 8-10Green Chilli chopped 2 noPeanuts ¼ cupRoasted Chana Dal 1½ tbspOnion chopped 1 (Small)Raisin 1 tbsp Tomato chopped 1 (Large)Red Chilli Powder 1 tspTurmeric Powder ½ tspSalt to tasteWater ½ cupOats 1 cupsLemon Juice ½ no Method:-1. Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, peanut and roasted chana dal, mix well and sauté for 2 min.2. Add chopped onions and raisins, mix well and sauté for 1 min. 3. Add chopped tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt, mix well and sauté for 10 sec.4. Add water and mix well.5. Add oats and spread all over it, Squeeze lemon on top and keep it like this until water is dry.6. When water is completely dry, mix well the oats.7.
