Oats Cursted Grill Chicken with Raw Mango Salsa Chef Harpal Singh

Ingredients Quantity
Chicken breast 2 no
Salt to taste
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice no
red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
yellow bell pepper
red bell pepper
raw mango 1 no
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
tomatoes 1 no
onion 1 no
green chillies 2 no
chopped coriander 3 tbsp
red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
salt to taste
lemon juice 2 no
oil as required
oats 1 cup
egg 2 no
corn starch 1 tbsp
oil as required
lemon wedges for garnish
Method
In a plate take 2 chicken breast and prick it with a fork now add salt , soya sauce , ginger garlic paste , red chilli powder , lemon juice , red chilli sauce and marinate it well n keep it aside for 15 mins .
Till then cut the bell pepper and cut it in to julienne , peel off the raw mango n grate it and transfer it in to a bowl now add ketchup , tomatoes , onions green chillies , coriander chopped , red chilli sauce , salt to taste lemon juice and mix it well
In a grill pan add oil , add oats in a plate and keep it aside , in an another bowl add eggs and corn stach n mix it well , till then grill the chicken from one side first and then from another side , one its grilled take out the chicken from the pan and dip it in to the prepared egg wash mixture and coat it with the oats
Now take a baking tray drizzle some oil , place the coated chicken on it again drizzle some more oil and bake it for 15 mins at 220 degree c .
Once its bake remove it on a chopping board cut it in to 3 pieces
In a serving plate add some julienne bell-peppers , lemon wedges , coriander sprigs , salsa and chicken pieces
