A quick healthy dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth without compromising too much of the health quotient. These oats balls or laddus are great for kids and adults. This tasty sweet is quick and easy to prepare made up with only dates, oats, nuts and jaggery. Sesame seeds provide a very nice crunch! Instead of sesame seed, here we are using cornflakes.
Ingredients
----------------
1 cup oats
1 small cup grinded oats
1 small cup crushed cornflakes
Powder of 4 Elaichi(cardamom)
2 spoon raisins
1 cup jaggery
Paste of 8-10 dates
¾ cup dry fruits
