This simple and delicious recipe can be prepared in a jiffy.OLANIngredients1½ cups boiled red chawli200 grams ash gourd (peta), peeed and cut into 1 inch cubes 2-3 green chillies, slit10-12 curry leaves1 cup thin coconut milkSalt to taste½ cup thick coconut milk1 tbsp coconut oilMethod1. Heat an earthen vessel. Add red chawli, ash gourd, green chillies, curry leaves, thin coconut milk and salt and mix well. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook till the ash gourd is cooked completely. 2. Switch the heat off and add the thick coconut milk and mix well. Add coconut oil, mix and transfer into a serving bowl. Serve hot.
