Boil the potatoes until soft, 15-20 minutes.2 00:00:44 - Meanwhile, cook ground lamb (or ground beef) in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Add in onion and saute until onion is soft and translucent, about 5 to 7 minutes.3 00:01:10 - Add in 2 tablespoons butter and let fully melt before adding in the flour, stir until well mixed and let cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Add in frozen peas, carrots, corn, and thyme.
