This Street food vendor has been in the same spot in Chiang Mai making these snacks for generations. It is very well known and people come from all over the city to buy these amazing treats. The main ingredients are rice flour, tapioca flour, and arrowroot flour. The filling is a spiced minced pork. Its such a wonderful sight to see this family working away each day with steam shooting out of the pots. I had to taste of course and they are exceptional, great for kids too as not spicy.
