Ingredients

3/4 cup White Chickpeas ( Soaked and Boiled)
200 gms Basmati Rice
2 cup Water
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Assorted Whole Spices
1 Whole Bay Leaf
1 Medium Size Chopped Onion
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
1 Medium Size Chopped Green Chilli
1/2 tsp Tata Sampann Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Tata Sampann Punjabi Chole Masala
1 Medium Size chopped Tomato
Salt to Taste

Method
- Rinse and soak the Rice For 20 mins- Soak and Boil the White Chickpeas- Take a Kadhai / Bowl, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Assorted Whole Spices, Bay Leaf and mix it well.
- Then add chopped Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli and statue it.
- Once the onion is cooked add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Punjabi Chole Masala, and mix it well.
- Now add the chopped Tomato, BoiledWhite Chickpeas, Basmati Rice, Water and give it a good stir. Note that water level should be 1 cm above the rice.
- Cover the vessel with a lid and let it cook for 10 mins- After 10 mins check if the rice is cooked.
-  Garnish with Chopped Coriander once cooked.- Serve it Hot along with Raita and Papad.
