Spread the love! :) Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients 3/4 cup White Chickpeas ( Soaked and Boiled)200 gms Basmati Rice 2 cup Water2 tbsp Oil1 tsp Cumin Seeds1 tbsp Assorted Whole Spices1 Whole Bay Leaf1 Medium Size Chopped Onion1 tbsp chopped Garlic1 Medium Size Chopped Green Chilli1/2 tsp Tata Sampann Red Chilli Powder1/2 tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder2 tsp Tata Sampann Punjabi Chole Masala1 Medium Size chopped TomatoSalt to TasteMethod- Rinse and soak the Rice For 20 mins- Soak and Boil the White Chickpeas- Take a Kadhai / Bowl, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Assorted Whole Spices, Bay Leaf and mix it well.- Then add chopped Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli and statue it.- Once the onion is cooked add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Punjabi Chole Masala, and mix it well.- Now add the chopped Tomato, BoiledWhite Chickpeas, Basmati Rice, Water and give it a good stir. Note that water level should be 1 cm above the rice.- Cover the vessel with a lid and let it cook for 10 mins- After 10 mins check if the rice is cooked.- Garnish with Chopped Coriander once cooked.- Serve it Hot along with Raita and Papad.
