- Tomato - 1 piece
- Ginger - 3/4 inch
- Green chilli - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1.5 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli - 1/2 tsp
- Ghee - 2 - 3 tbsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 pinch
- Green chilli - 3 pieces
- Kashmiri red chilli - 1/2 tsp
