Also prevention doesnt always come with dramatic and immediate results. Making changes can change how we feels yes, but not every change comes with noticeable assumed results. Expecting that we SHOULD notice something can sometimes cause us to stop doing the exact thing that is preventing stuff later! Sometimes prevention isnt noticed until years down the road.

A great example is my microbiome. I have great digestion and Im not looking to notice a result. I choose to build my microbiome because although I dont notice something TODAY or something at all, its about my future. I dont have to notice something to know its probably a good idea.

Being proactive, making changes and doing the work may not always be glamorous and instant but it sure can very well pay off in the end!
