250 grams (1 cup) Rava (Sooji)
125 grams (1/2 cup) Rice Flour
60 grams (1/4 cup) Wheat Flour
1 tablespoon Besan (Gram Flour)
Salt, to taste
Water
Curry Leaves, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 inch Ginger, grated

Coconut Chutney
Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut, grated
1/4 cup Roasted Gram (Pottu Kadalai)
10 Cashew nuts
5 Green Chillies
1 pod Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger, chopped
Salt, to taste
2 teaspoon Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
3 Red Chillies
Curry Leaves
