Bacon Onion Jam

Bacon
Onion
Thyme
Brown Sugar
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Pepper

- In a pan render bacon strips. Once bacon is cooked remove, but keep the fat in the pan. Thinly slice your onions and add them to bacon fat pan, and cook on medium low heat for about 10 minutes until soft. After 10 minutes add some thyme, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and place in a jar.

Herb Butter

Ingredients:

Butter
Olive Oil
Parsley
Garlic
Salt
Pepper

- In a bowl combine butter, olive oil, chopped parsley, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix, and place in the fridge.

Cheese!

Ingredients:

Cheddar
Gouda

- Grate cheddar cheese and gouda cheese, mix.

Ooey Gooey Grilled Cheese

- In a pan heat olive oil on medium heat and add 2 slices of bread. On the untoasted sides spread garlic herb butter, and flip (so butter side is now down). Add onion jam to one slice then add bacon. On the other slice add tomato. Top both sides with cheese and sandwich together. Using a heavy pan (cast iron) press down. Flip and press again. Enjoy!
