OPEN EGG SANDWICHIngredients3-4 eggs, hard boiled and peeled2 hot dog buns 4-5 Iceberg lettuce leaves, refreshed 1 tablespoon English mustardBlack pepper powder to taste Salt to taste2 tablespoons mayonnaise + for spreading 1 small onion, finely choppedMicro greens for garnishing Boiled egg slices for garnishing Method1. Roughly chop eggs and put in a bowl. 2. Shred lettuce leaves and add to the bowl. Add mustard, pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise and mix well. 3. Discard the ends of the buns and slit horizontally into halves. Cut both halves into 4 pieces. 4. Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise onto the bun pieces. Top with a portion of the egg mixture. 5.
