Open Keema Samosa | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A yummy appetizer perfect for parties or family get-togethers.

OPEN KEEMA SAMOSA

Ingredients

100 grams mutton mince (keema)
4 samosa pattis
1 egg
1½ tbsps oil + for drizzling
½ tsp cumin seeds
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
2 small onions chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 large tomato chopped
2 tbsps Tata Sampann Meat Masala
Salt to taste
8-10 mint leaves, chopped
¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Method

1. Take samosa pattis and cut into 2 inches square pieces. Break egg and whisk it.
2. Heat 1½ tbsps oil in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies, onions sauté till golden brown.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes and add tomatoes and cook till pulpy.
4. Add mutton mince, Tata Sampann Meat Masala, salt and mix well. Cover and cook till fully done. Add mint and coriander, mix well.
5. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
6. Take a muffin tray and apply oil. Place the a piece of samosa patti in each muffin cavity.
7. Add the cooked keema and a spoonful of beaten egg. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
