OPEN KEEMA SAMOSAIngredients100 grams mutton mince (keema)4 samosa pattis1 egg1½ tbsps oil + for drizzling½ tsp cumin seeds1-2 green chillies, finely chopped2 small onions chopped1 tbsp ginger garlic paste1 large tomato chopped2 tbsps Tata Sampann Meat MasalaSalt to taste8-10 mint leaves, chopped¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, choppedMethod1. Take samosa pattis and cut into 2 inches square pieces. Break egg and whisk it.2. Heat 1½ tbsps oil in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds, green chillies, onions sauté till golden brown.3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes and add tomatoes and cook till pulpy.4. Add mutton mince, Tata Sampann Meat Masala, salt and mix well. Cover and cook till fully done. Add mint and coriander, mix well.5. Preheat the oven at 180°C.6. Take a muffin tray and apply oil. Place the a piece of samosa patti in each muffin cavity.7. Add the cooked keema and a spoonful of beaten egg. Bake for 10-15 minutes.8.
