Orange Olive Oil Cake Classic Orange Cake Recipe from Greece

Here's a very easy Greek recipe for orange olive oil cake. This is a classic recipe that I brought back from Greece not that long ago and it's a hit with everybody that's tried it. Try it today, love it forever....

INGREDIENTS LIST:

- 3 lg. eggs (room temp.)
- 2 cups a/p flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
