Try it out, you wont be dissappointed.ORANGE SHAHI TUKDA CANAPESIngredients 500ml orange juice4-5 bread slices2 tbsps sugarA large pinch of saffron¼ cup ready-made rabdi½ cup whipped creamA pinch of cardamom powder8-10 pistachios, blanched, peeled and sliveredDried rose petals for garnishSilver warq for garnishMethod 1. Toast the bread from both the side till golden colour in a toaster and cut them into roundels with help of cookie cutter.2. Heat non-stick pan, add orange juice, sugar, saffron and mix well and Cook till the sugar melts and the syrup thickens.3. Combine together rabdi, whipped cream, cardamom powder, mix well and fill the prepared mixture in a piping bag with star nozzle.4. Dip the toasted bread in sugar syrup and set aside. Place the bread slice on a serving plate. Pipe out the prepared mixture on it.5.
