Original Recipe: Shishito Peppers Stuffed With Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye | Hiroyuki Terada - Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef

Most of the time, people will just sear a beautiful thin slice of Japanese A5 Wagyu and enjoy it with light salt; no one ever cooks it all the way through so I decided to do exactly that! The end result was amazing, and an original recipe that I discovered, never done before. For taste, use a micro grater to get very fine pieces of garlic and ginger so the taste won't be over powering. Hopefully you can find Shishito Peppers by you, but if you can't try your favorite peppers. For non spicy peppers, try green or red bell peppers, but do try this at home. I still love a thin slice of seared Wagyu, but this combination is almost as good, something you have never tasted before. Enjoy!
