Ginger garlic paste and chopped coriander and mint leafs and add chopped tomatoes to it.Add garam masala and salt to taste and turmeric to it and then add chicken to it and mix well with hands.Keep it aside for 30minNow for rice; wash the rice and soak the rice for 20 min and then to cook heat the vessel and add 4 cups of water and once heated add spices to it and salt a bunch more than to taste.Once the water is boiled add the drained rice to it and ghee also add turmeric mixed with ghee to the rice for colour.Keep it in slim and allow to cook.For damTake a vessel grease it with ghee and add the cooked chicken and then layer it rice and add cashew nuts, raisins and onion fried to it.Keep it for dam for 15min 19 min in high flame and 5 min low flame remove and serve it hot with chutney and raita.Thanks
