OVERNIGHT CHOCOLATE OATSIngredients1½ cups steel cut oats2½ tbsps chia seeds 2 tbsps coco powder1 banana2 cups milk2 tbsps honey1 apple½ orange6-7 seedless dates, choppedFresh mixed berries for garnishMixed chopped nuts for garnish1½ tbsps yogurt to serve Method1. In a blender jar, add banana, milk, coco powder, honey and blend till smooth.2. Grate apple in a bowl, squeeze the orange juice in it, and add oats, chia seeds, dates and the prepared chocolate-banana milk.3. Mix well, cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 7-8 hours.4. Discard the cling wrap and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and place mixed fresh berries, sprinkle chopped nuts and top it with yogurt.
