A mousse recipe that will become your favourite. Inspired from Indian Paan, this green dessert is perfect for any party. Paan Mousse Ingredients3-4 readymade paan 1 cup whipped creamΒΌ white chocolate ganache1 tablespoon gelatinGulkand for platingChocolate soil for plating Method1. Take the readymade paans in a mixer jar. Add water if required and blend to a fine mixture.2. Add 2 tablespoon water to the gelatin. Mix and keep aside.3. Take whipped cream in a large bowl.4. Add white chocolate ganache and mix. 5. Add 3-4 tablespoons of the pan mixture and mix well.6. Heat the gelatin in a microwave for a few seconds and add it to the bowl.7. Mix well. 8. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or till the mixture is almost set. 9. Fill it in a piping bag.10. Add a spoon full of chocolate soil in shot glasses, spread some gulkand on it and top it up with the paan mousse. 11.
