Ingredients:

300 grams Good Life Egg Noodles
6 ounces pork belly, boiled
1 cups Napa cabbage, sliced
2 carrots, julienned
cup green onions, chopped
cup soy sauce
1 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoons Good Life Sesame Oil
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons cooking oil
6 cups water
Salt and ground black pepper to taste


Directions:

Boil Good Life Egg Noodles in water for 4 minutes. Drain the water and set the noodle aside.

On a large wok, heat cooking oil and then saut garlic and onion.

Add the pork once the onion softens. Continue sauting for 30 seconds.

Add napa cabbage and carrot. Stir fry for 30 seconds and then pour cup water. Let it boil.

Toss the egg noodles into the wok. Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Good Life Sesame Oil. Toss until all ingredients are well distributed.

Season with salt and ground black pepper.

Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped green onions on top. Serve. Share and enjoy!
