Pachi Pachadi Oil Raw Moong Dal Chutney

Here I used 1 glass small glass of green gram

Wash and soak it for atleast 1 hour. Here I soaked for 2 hours

Drain off the water

Grind 1 tsp cumin seeeds coarsely

Next, add a bunch of garlic cloves and add them

Now, add 2 dried chilies. This step is optional

Then, add salt to taste and grind coarsely

Add the soaked green gram and grind it coarsely

Pacchi pachadi is ready!

Serve with warm white rice with a dash of clarified butter or ghee!
