Try out this iconic recipe from Kerala and let us know your feedback in the comments.SUBSCRIBE to our Channel - http://bit.ly/SubscribeToIndiaFoodNetworkIngredients:-¾ - 1 cup sugar¼ - ½ cup water 2 tbsp Ghee 1/3 cup dried Ada, soaked in hot water for ½ hour and strained750 ml of full-fat milk¾ teaspoon Crushed Cardamom/ cardamom powderMethod of Preparation- In a deep kadhai, heat few pinches of sugar with water. Add ada and cook till most of the moisture evaporates and ada gets a glaze. Add ghee at this stage.- Add milk and keep stirring on a medium flame till reduced.- Add remaining sugar and stir well again till thick like payasam consistency. - Switch off, mix in cardamom powder and serve.
