Palak Rice 1/2 cup spinach (palak) pure3 cups cooked rice (chawal)1 1/2 tbsp oil1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)1/2 cup finely chopped onions2 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes2 tsp green-chilli pastesalt to tasteMethodHeat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the cumin seeds, onions and saut on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.Add the garlic and saut on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.Add the tomatoes and saut on a medium flame for another 2 minutes.
