Minced Soyabean Granuals with Spinach - Palak Soyabean Nuggets Kheema

Ingredients :

Spinach पालक– 250 grams
Soy chunks सोया के टुकड़े – 1 cup (50 grams)
Tomato टमाटर – 3 (200 grams)
Green chilly हरी मिर्च – 1
Ginger अदरक – ½ inch baton
Refined oil तेल – 2 tbsp
Green coriander हरा धनिया – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Asafoetida हींग – 1 pinch
Cumin seeds जीरा– ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder हल्दी– ¼ tsp
Coriander powder धनिया पाउडर – ½ tsp
Salt नमक – ¾ tsp (less than ¼ tsp) (as per taste)
Garam masala गरम मसाला – less than ¼ tsp
Red chilly powder लाल मिर्च पाउडर – less than ¼ tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves कसूरी मेथी – 1 tbsp
