Healthy recieSuper healthy recipe of spinach and sprouts together.PALAK SPROUTSIngredients1 medium bunch spinach (palak), blanched1 cup mixed sprouts3 tbsps oil1 medium onion1 tbsp finely chopped garlicSalt to taste1 tsp garam masala powder1 large tomato, finely chopped¼ cup fresh cream1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste¼ tsp turmeric powder1 tbsp coriander-cumin powder1 tbsp chana masala powder1 tsp red chilli powder½ inch gingerJuice of ½ lemonMethod1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a deep non-stick pan. Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan.2. Roughly chop onion and add to the second pan and sauté well.3. Add garlic to the deep pan and sauté till golden.4. Place spinach leaves in a grinder jar and grind to a fine paste. Add this paste to the deep pan with 2 tbsps water and mix well. Add salt, garam masala powder and mix well.5. Add tomato to the second pan and mix well.6. Add cream to the deep pan, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.7. Add ginger-garlic paste to the second pan along with sprouts, ½ cup water, salt, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, chana masala powder and red chilli powder and mix well. Cover and cook till the sprouts are done.8. Cut ginger into strips and place in a bowl. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well.9. Add 2 tbsps water to the second pan and mix well. 10. Transfer cooked spinach into a serving bowl. Top with cooked sprouts, garnish with ginger strips and serve immediately.
