A healthy and keto-friendly version of the delicious Paneer Bhurji.PANEER BHURJI (KETO FRIENDLY)Ingredients400 grams cottage cheese (malai paneer), grated1 tbsp oil1 tsp cumin seeds2 green chillies, chopped2 tbsp chopped onion¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leavesCoriander sprig for garnishMethod1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in non-stick pan, add 1 tsp cumin seeds, let them change colour. Add green chillies, and onion. Mix well and sauté till translucent.2. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add cottage cheese (malai paneer) and mix well.3. Add salt and fresh coriander, mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Take it off the heat.4.
